To avoid the $20 parking tickets that may be issued for parking violations. With 4 or more tickets, your vehicle may be booted by the City of Waterbury. An orange sticker will be placed on the window of the vehicle providing the owner a phone number to contact regarding their vehicle.
The Metro North commuter rail parking lot at 333 Meadow Street is designated for train riders only. All other cars will be towed.

Cameras are installed in the Buckingham and Scovill Street Garages and maintained and monitored by the Parking Division Office and the Waterbury Police Department.
Buckingham and Scovill Street garages are monitored by security personnel.
The Waterbury Parking Authority is committed to full time maintenance of the garages and equipment.

Include a letter with an explanation of your complaint or dispute (which should be made within 14 days of receiving a ticket).
Enclose a photocopy of the ticket (retain original ticket for your records) and a phone number to contact you.
All complaints will be investigated and no late fee will be charged to your ticket. You will be contacted by mail on the outcome of your parking ticket complaint.
